Anupam Gauba filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 26, 2018
I had a myntra credit in my account for the amount of Rs ****.**. It was on account of refund I made on ** May ****. The said amount expired on ** July ****. I called up customer care on ** July **** and requested the executive Altab to revive the credit and I was explained about some company policy which doesn't allow me to use my credit after expiry.
It's my hard earned money and not company's gift that company is making a policy on it. I am not able to understand how can my money just vanish in thin air just because of some over enthusiastic policies of some managers?
