Anupam Gauba filed complaint against Myntra India on Aug 15, 2018
I had a standing myntra credit of Rs ****.** in my myntra account linked to my email I'd gauba.anupam@gmail.com.
The amount was in lieu of a refund I made on ** May ****. I forgot to use the myntra credit and tried to use the same on ** July **** but was informed through the website that the credit got expired on ** July ****.
I tried contacting the customer care also but was informed about some company policy which doesn't allow me to use my money. I cant understand how can my hard earned money be just vanish like this in their account books.
This is my hard earned money and not some company's gift that they are making a policy on their customers money. I demand a full refund of my money.
