Myntra and Mobiwik - Myntra claims they refunded the amount to mobikwik bank account but not showing any amount in mobikw

i have shopped on myntra .... i paid total of rs. **** via mobikwik app and due to some reasons i returned that order . now myntra shows the refund is successfully credited to your account but i cant see any refund in mobikwik app.
