Myntra and Mobiwik - Money refund

We have shopped in myntra and paid through mobiwik app.. But my money got cut in mobiwik app and in myntra my order is not taken.. when I contacted mobiwik they are saying that it's not our mistake check with myntra.When I contacted myntra they are said that me wait for few days and we will resolve it. But I waited for ** days till today and there's not a single message or phone call from myntra. When I asked myntra people again they are messaging that we will call resolve your issue . But no one called.. this is not the *st time happened.. It is the *nd time happened. how many times shall I leave our money like this??
