I have ordered some items from Myntra on **th October ****. Two of my items were suppose to be delivered on *th Nov but it got delayed. I waited till *th Nov then I called the customer care and they assured me that my order will be delivered by **th Nov and they will update me the reason for delay. But I neither receive any update nor products. So I called again on ** they asked me to wait for next ** hours. On **th November I called them as I didn't receive any update after ** hours. On **th they asked me to wait for ** hours. But on **th Nov they cancel my order with reason due to "unforseen circumstances".
I felt like cheated and low. I want a compensation for their unprofessionalism and my time loss.
Please suggest should I do?
