I made a purchase of Rs.*** on the app on Rakshabandhan for same day delivery on *rd August. Nothing was delivered. Nothing was informed by them either. After repeated enquiries they credited the amount to their app wallet and instructed me to make a purchase from them with the amount in future. They don't answer calls, nor they reply to messages.Even after repeatedly sending emails they have not returned my money to my account. The wallet credit is useless because for obvious reasons I don't want to avail their services ever.I want my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
