I have ordered cake, flowers, chocolates and other stuffs on * jun **** to deliver it on **th jun. On **th June, They said since lockdown is there in kerala they can't deliver the cake and they said they will send gifting items more than the amount what i have ordered within * working days. I have been following up with them through emails but they are just saying order is on the way but it is not delivered yet from so many days. It was worth **** rupees, they are not ready to refund the money and not delivering the items too. https://www.myflowerapp.com this is the website.
