Dear GoMechanic Team,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I received from your workshop. Since July **th, I have been dealing with a series of issues, and despite multiple complaints, the problems remain unresolved.
The issues I faced include:
*. Delay in towing arrangement due to low engine oil, which took * days.
*. Exorbitant prices for parts and labor, which were significantly higher than market rates.
*. Incomplete service, with issues like non-functional horn and unresolved door lock problem.
*. Additional damage to the door lock, allegedly caused by your team.
The escalation manager, Pankaj, has been unhelpful and unresponsive. He closes complaints without resolving the issues and is now asking me to visit the service center, which is inconvenient.
I demand:
*. Proper completion of the pending services.
*. Resolution of the issues with the horn and door lock.
*. Compensation for the additional damage caused.
*. A thorough review of the service process to prevent such issues in the future.
If these demands are not met, I will be forced to share my terrible experience on social media and take further action.
