Two days before I have recharged my phone (vodafone)sim.After that i called to my sis for to check if it was recharged correctly or not, it told me that my outcoming calls had been stopped so it ask me for to retrive my balance," you should have to recharge the unlimited combo pack to get back my recharged amount".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
