Meesho - My return product is picked up by your team and its not updated in meesho

I initiated a return request for * blouses I ordered in meesho. I was picked up on Monday but in evening on the same day they cancelled my request and I called the meesho customer care they told me it's not updated in their website as picked up. So I called the person again to get the receipt but he is not at all answering my call.
