Meesho and ecom express - My return pickup is not done from last 5 days

I have ordered one Mop from Meesho on *th of July I received a defected product. I immediately report and put return for the same. Meesho has accepted my return request and assigned delivery partner which is Shadowfax for pickup my order from my place. But from last * days no one is coming for pickup my order delivery boy is not cooperative even their Manager and the DB is giving the shit excuse that they don't have a big bag for my product to carry it that is why delivery boy is not coming. No is helping out not even the manager. Now they are not answering my calls not providing any solution only giving excuses and my product is still at my place. Even they don't have any responsibility of their customers and their issues. Today i got another contact no. Of shadowfax DB but that no. Is wrong. How can customer can believe of this type of company and how can this company do with someone. Worst experience.
Kindly reslove my issue as soon as earliest.
