Meesho and ecom express - replacement not delivered

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of the replacement product that I was promised. I placed an order for a "combo of imported knitted designer * tone top and shorts" with order no-"************" on ** april ****, and unfortunately, the item arrived smaller sized. I immediately contacted customer service team and was informed that a replacement would be sent out to me. It has now been "** days" since I was informed that the replacement was being sent, and I have yet to receive it. I have checked the tracking information provided to me, and it appears that the package has been delivered,but i have not received it. I find it unacceptable that I have had to wait this long for a replacement product, especially considering the inconvenience of receiving a wrong sized item in the first place. I have been left without the product that I need, and it is causing me a great deal of frustration. I am hoping that you can rectify this situation as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my replacement order and expedite the delivery of the product to me. If this is not possible, then I would like a refund for the item and the replacement that I have yet to receive. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
