In Edureka i enrolled AI & ML course on **th Aug and opt EMI option as course fee and i attended * orientation class on Saturday . Then i felt course was not suitable and useful so to cancel this course , on sunday i tried to reach concern person who enrolled this course but she dint pick my call and dint call back also and then i did not get whom to contact further. This negligence happened from the Edureka Team and now they are not cancelling my EMI and telling cannot refund.
I have been trying to reach edureka team from last * days. But no one has responded and connected .
I am not ready to pay **k for * class .
