Edureka Co - I want my cash return

Hello there, I purchased a Data Science with Machine Language internship at Edureka on ** Aug ****. I always have an issue with class like after I joined the live class I can't hear the audio it takes a time to hear the audio. If I got to hear the audio suddenly get disconnected then after try to rejoin the class it takes more than ** minutes are it will became timed out. Even I had a strong network connection. For the first class I thought it's not a problem . The class instructor told time for Saturday and Sunday at *-* . But the organization told *-*. So I thought the class starts on * o clock on ** Aug . Because he is the one who take the classes. I joined the class at * * clock then face the same issue what happen the last class like audio, disconnected, timed out after I joined the class at * . But the class is already finished. I don't know that class is started on * . After that Saturday then I immediately texted I don't want to continue in this course. I want my cash refund. I only attend two class the first class is demo class they told every think about the class on ** Aug. The second class starts on ** Aug. After that I don't attend any more classes. After that Saturday everyday I texted and emailed them to refund my cash but they won't listen my problem. They only ask my problem but they won't solve it. At the time of booking slot Rs.**** they mentioned this cash won't be refunded. Three days after they texted me the cash won't be refund. They won't tell immediately after I asked them to refund the cash .They are playing with me. At first I asked them kindly, requesting and they even make me begged to them. Still they won't refund the cash. because of this I got health issue like stress , can't fall asleep, fearing, shivering and mentally some problems . I just want my cash refund.Please help me all this money came from my part-time work. I told them my and family situation .
