Airtel - My recharge is not done and they haven t refunded the amount as well

I have had I have escalated this issue multiple times and there has been no resolution out of it yet. I have had done a recharge on my phone of Airtel. And it has not been refunded and it has not been recharged as well. I am out of service and I had an important call to attend from my employer to get my * months salary. Now since my recharge is not done I am in a tremendous loss and there has been no action taken from the Nodal officer or the Appellate officer.. I have sent the screen shot that was requested but no one bothered to contact and resolve my query. I have had escalated it through jagoo grahak but no action has been taken
