I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the refund for my order #******., I ordered whey protein from myprotein brand which was placed on **/**/****, for whey protein powder. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the refund for the canceled order.
After waiting for a month without receiving the ordered product, I was informed that it was out of stock and consequently, my order couldn’t be fulfilled. On **/**/****, I had to cancel my order due to the unavailability of the product. I was assured that the refund would be processed within **-** days.
However, it has been more than four months since I initiated the cancellation, and I have not received the refund in my account. Despite reaching out to their customer support team multiple times via email, they are continuously making fake promises and giving false hopes and dates that you'll get your refund by then and then.But still i haven't received anything and I am feeling robbed so i decided to file a complaint.
This lack of accountability and delay in refund processing is unacceptable. I have been patient throughout this process, but the continued failure to resolve this matter is causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
