My protein - Refund not done

I ordered my protein combo worth ****/- Order no. ********* dated **.**.**** on my protein website and then instantly I realised I dont need it so I cancelled it but even after that My protein delivered the product to my address when I asked them to take it back they asked me to deliver it to their address by myself which I done through postal services with consignment no. CR*********IN which is shown to be delivered on *march **** and today is **th april but stll I have not been refunded.
I want my hard earned money back , I ll complaint in the consumer forum against this arbitrary behavior of this firm.
