Deesha Mehta filed complaint against Smytten on May 9, 2024
Symtten for their unsatisfactory handling of my recent purchase, order #*******. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have been met with inadequate responses and unacceptable resolutions.
I received the aforementioned order, which included a toner. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the toner had leaked during transit, rendering it unusable. I immediately contacted Symtten's support team to request a replacement or a full refund for the damaged product.
And many products are not yet delivered to me and am unable to raise ticket or complain for the same.idk y
To my dismay, I received only a partial refund of ** Rs out of the total *** Rs for the toner. Furthermore, the support ticket was closed without any further attempt to address the issue or provide a satisfactory resolution. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning and warrants further action.
I have relevant documentation, including screenshots of the damaged product and communication with Symtten's support team, as evidence of their negligence and failure to fulfill their obligations as a seller.
In light of the above, I hereby request your assistance in filing a formal complaint against Symtten with the Consumer Court. I believe that their actions constitute a breach of consumer rights and warrant appropriate legal action to ensure accountability and seek redress.
I am prepared to provide any additional information or documentation necessary to support my case and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
