Chidhambaram P filed complaint against Vodafone on May 23, 2020

Good day to you
I am Chidhambaram. i am ushing ********** this prepaid number from ****. I lost my sim card in September **** and i visited Vodafone store for replacement. but they give that number in postpaid.
After ** days i visited Vodafone store on **/**/**** for change my Vodafone number (**********) from postpaid to prepaid. They give me the new sim card and ask me to settle all my bills. As per told i settled all my bills. But my number still haven't change to prepaid.
Again i went Vodafone store * times but the result is nothing happened. Suddenly and sadly my number (new and old sim also) not working from **/**/****. I tried to check my Vodafone Application for further information but now the application also not log in into my account. So please let me know what is the problem with me and my Phone number.
