EMRAAN KHAN filed complaint against Yes Bank Ltd on Nov 28, 2023
My account *************** is in Yes Bank. On *th November**, *****.** payments came in my account through UPI from UKO bank which I had asked for from someone and I also used that some payment but when I checked the balance on **th November**, there was a hold of *****.** on my account. Then I went to the Yes bank local branch and got this reply from them that we cannot do anything, only the bank from where the payment is being held will do it. I had contact from UKO bank. When I contacted the bank, they said that we have not held it any payment from here. I am not getting the right answer from anywhere. Yes Bank has also given me the complaint number ************ and was told to share this number with the UKO bank people. And UKO bank said we are not held any payment against this complain number Now the bank people want me to leave all my work and just keep going to the banks. Please resolve ASAP
