On **th of Nov, Sales executive of Yes Bank visited my place and forced me to apply for a credit card based on my existing other bank credit card.
Without explaining features and benefits he sourced the application form stating it's free of cost.
At that time he took my PAN Card along with him for a clear copy and promised me to return. To date, my original document is not returned as well as Rs *** was charged by the bank for annual fees.
I am very annoyed with the act and the bank is not ready to revert.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
