BlueDart courier - My parsal is binding with brown tape

I received my parsal on ** September **** from bluedart courier. I already filed complain regarding this to stylish fashion mart to wrong item delivered but they not responding me . That's why I also want to complain on bluedart courier service to take fraud site item delivered to anywhere. I see that shoping site is totally fraud . I request you to not delivered anything from that stylisha fashion mart. At least these action help to the other people. I also mail to bluedart for brown tape binding they reply me to this type of refund and replacement is not my policy. You have to complain on shoping site. So, there is no policy then you have no rights to delivered wrong item from the fraud site. I think that should be also blocked.
