My package hasn't delivered yet when it was supposed to deliver **rd of September since then i haven't got any updates regarding my parcel nor did i got my refund, i already paid for the parcel and I'm sending tons of emails to Xpress bees they haven't responded any of my emails, I'm trying to reach out to them as much as possible but they're not responding any of my emails or calls, this is ridiculous.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
