PRINCE KUMAR SHUKLA filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 20, 2019
I have returned the product on **th of March **** but at first ecom couriers facility made the excuse that they tried to pick up the package but couldn't succeed. After that I got a message to call courier facilities, I called two times and I was told that they were lodging a complaint and pickup will be done in **-** hours. But when my product was not picked I called *rd time then they were saying that it has been cancelled from Flipkart and Flipkart tells that according to return policy date has passed. I want to ask whose fault is this and who will pay for it? I have ordered for return on **th of March and the last date for return was **th of March. Screenshot of order is attached.
