Flipkart - My order was cancelled without my knowledge.

My order was cancelled without my knowledge. It was gift and the shipment was cancelled without my knowledge. Now they state that it will take ** more days to refund my balance. Delivery was not even attempted as per the shipping team, I also have the recording if you need. I feel this is a scam by Flipkart or its sellers to just get the money from our pockets and get paid with interest for that the refund the money saying they couldn't deliver. How come they will know they couldn't deliver without even contacting me. i'm not the only user who is affected by this Scam in flipkart, i see many others reporting the same in Quora and many websites. As a consumer I need Justice against this crime.
