Meesho aap - My order not return and he say its not from our app

I order a package and the item was defact on it
And I want to return the order and I open the meesho app and click order section and he said you haven't placed the order and I call the support team and asked that why my order section say that you haven't place the order he replied the place the complain in meesho gmail and your complain was resolve after few days and after a month the support team said that your order was not from the meesho app you can't return this item
