Myntra - My order has been picked up but lost by Myntra

I purchased a bag from Myntra. Not being satisfied with the product, i scheduled a return for it. My product was picked up on the day, for which i got no return receipt which obviously is one of Myntra’s ill policies. After my product was picked up by the delivery boy, i got a msg stating that my return request has been cancelled. I’ve lodged my complaint *-* times on the customer care. They told me to contact my regional office. When i did, they told me that they haven’t got my product. Now after waiting for **days and *-* complains, all i have is the delivery boy’s number who obviously isn’t responding. I don’t have the bag not the refund either.
