Kwabey - My order and Refund

It was **th September I've made three orders In total it was * t-shirts,* for each order And The order was already paid from me. So Two of the orders were dispatched in two days But one of the three orders wasn't dispatched soo i tried to contact kwabey from everywhere possible they didn't responded. Today it's *th October and that order was not dispatched yet so i cancelled that order. As i've paid the money via UPI so i thought they'll send me mail or something regarding my refund but They haven't even mentioned about it Like nothing happened it was a Cash on delivery After that i tried to contact kwabey customer care but still they haven't replied
