Phone pe - My money was not got refunded.

I have made a payment through PhonePe app to KFC outlet. My money got deducted but merchant didn't receive it. So I put a query immediately in phonePe section. Its been two months since then and I am still asking for my money back through their 'Customer support help desk'.But they only give me a new date and say that my issue will get resolved by that date. I have tried every possible way for refund but till the current date I didn't get my money back. I have attached the transaction receipt for the same.
