I had a Vistara flight from Bangalore to Delhi on **th **** having PNR NO "SDGAMF" but due to COVID I cancelled that and Vistara refunded whole amount on the same day to Happy Easy Go. But after * months I still haven't received any single panny so far. Now so much frustrated with the service and support these customer care guys provided.As they given me new date every time and told me that it is pending from merchant side.I asked about the merchant details and all but they denied to give. What to do now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
