Sir,
On **.**.**** i have done a UPI transaction (UPI ID: ************) for Rs. ****/- from my account ( HDFC Account No: **************) to my friends account (SBI Account No: ***********) via Google Pay. The amount was already debited from my account and not credited friends account. I have my transactions of my Account statement and friends account statement (Attached). The bank saying they already put up a complaint on this (complaint No: COCC**********) . The bank side also told me to solve this issue within * days. Today * days already over and not yet get any solution from bank side. So i kindly request for get any solution for this case please.

The money have not credited to my bank account, it is still in the Google pay business account... It was transferred by the customer to my business app
While making payment for the order I made through google pay, amount got debited but order has not been placed. I again placed the same order and again the amount deducted. For ₹*** worth food I paid zomato ₹***...
