Bharathi airtel - My mobile number stolen

I recharged my airtel number ********** with *** rupees validity of ** days on **-**-****. My SIM stop working from April showing no service. due to Lockdown I was unable to replace with new SIM. Few days back i went to airtel store for new SIM they told this is not airtel number and also contact customer care and didn't get any answer. I did my last recharge through Phonepe. I have transaction details.
