Bharathi airtel - Broadband connection refund process

Hi Team ,

Good morning !

I have raised broadband request in your network on *st Feb , still they did not provide the connection . I have continuous following up with the technical team for the same, still i did not get any response from them.

Also I have already paid for the broadband connection for * months at Rs . **** -/- .

So please cancel my broadband plan in your network and refund my money as soon as possible.
