I was informed by the one of the dealership in Maruthi Suzuki that my car was serviced on **th December **** at MSM Maruthi Guindy chennai. I got feedback call from that same service Center asking how the service went. This is shocking without even me giving my car for service how come they can do it. I was been followed up by Adithya from Msm and I told that I can give my car for service only after January **** middle. Without my concent he created job card and bill in December **** and closed it. It’s complete fraud. I want to file a case on Maruthi Suzuki.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
