I have ordered a Red Velvet - Vanila Heart shape cake costs ****Rs for my anniversary.. They called n told me they dont have Red Velvet and offered me to dobthe same cake with vanila which i agreed as it was already late for me to arrange cake from somewhere else. Late in the evening they delivered me very cheap looking ordinary round shape vanila cake (even rhe cherrys decorated on the cake was missing) which hardly costs *** rs as confirmed the bakery guy who sent it. I refused to take the cake as it was looking horrible and not worth the money i spent. I have requested for the refund.. once they replied telling they will check with the delivery people and contact back, after that there is no response at all..
Such a fraudulent company that they don't even provide a phone number. I want to get my money refunded but there is nl response from this fake site.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
