travellook in - my flight got cancelled but the refund was not returned

i made a Booking from dehradun to Srinagar on website travellook.in after my money was deducted i recieved a call from travellook customer care that my booking got cancelled due to fare increase the refund will be given back but i haven't received my refund yet
