I ordered a bundle of * pallette and it came broken , i registered a complaint regarding this on their app ,they declined it . Then i asked for reinvestigation they agreed and enrolled my compalint but after few days they said sorry cannot be replaces . Just tell me what will i do with the broken pallettes that i hv recieved . Today i talk to their supervisor they said its final and cannot be replaced just because they have it internally checked their packaging and everything . How come they can check internally without coming at my place and look for the packaging itslef .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
