My delivery of meesho orders through shadowfax is not delivered yet but it showing delivered .
I have also put the same message to shadowfax in their tracking order link which I got in sms.

I need to know why it's showing delivered message even thought without knowing the OTP.
Also please provide me the solution either return my order or refund .
I have contacted meesho for the same and they've asked me to reach out to you.
Please help to fix this soon
