Ramavtar radheyshyam Dalmia filed complaint against Myntra on May 21, 2019
Since yesterday we were trying to login in our account but it failed. We made a complaint. They told us to update the app and try the forgot password. By that time my cart was showing with my Myntra insider elite member account. But thereafter suddenly we got the email of my account suspended. We immediately contacted customers care Mahima was speaking. She told she don't have any information. I asked her to talk to senior management. First, she told me to hold. Then she told to wait for ** hours. Then they ask for proof of additional money. We gave that also. Now they say wait for another ** hours. What we have to do.
