On **th september ****,I sent one package containing some important documents to Germany with Atlantic International courier from Pune .
I was tracking it everyday, so on **th October **** it was showing that it is delivered . I contacted the person who was supposed to receive it. But the document was not delivered to her. They might have lost my documents . I am following up with them everyday and they are just sending reply " we are following up with destination" . When I asked for the proof ,they sent me one screenshot of some other persons complaint .
There is no option to escalate or complaint about them.
The document is very important to me as it is related to my job.i can't lose my job due to their silly mistake
