I used Atlantic International Express to courier my medicine and saree from India to Malaysia . My brother had included the Doctor’s prescription and all the required documents but still I didn’t receive the medicine . I only received the saree. When I asked them about this they responded me irresponsibly. I paid such a big money for the medicine and postage but the Atlantic courier service still being irresponsible.
How could I bear this loss. I need my medicine or the refund . They are not replying me .
