respected sir,
i got my train ticket booked through paytm on **th october **** for my wife ms. taruna maheswari from cst to jhansi boarding from kalyan jn for the journey date **.**.****. ticket was running W/L ** at the time of booking.
on **th Nov **** morning, it got confirmed through irctc massage (screen shot attached) for the pnr No. **********.
we reached Mumbai cst at **.**am much before time of Train departure which was scheduled on **.** pm. So we decided to keep the luggage in cst locker room so to take some time to roam around mumbai. we approach to luggage locker room but they asked to show the ticket which must be origined from cst mumbai. on mail I did not find the eticket booked from paytm so we decided to call paytm travel care team & ask them to send the eticket through mail. we did call them accordingly. i had given them our ticket pnr number ********** & asked her to send the eticket asap. With the help of pnr number she firstly confirmed that ticket is been booked from cst to jhansi & put me on hold for nearly **min. to resend the eticket. but shockingly she said that ticket is showing in cancelled mode after putting me hold for around **mins.
It was purely a fault from paytm team as my confirmed ticket has been cancelled without my permission knowingly or unknowingly or may be some technical issues by paytm.
ever since i lodged multi complaints with paytm team but not getting response from them. I am tired of being following ups now.
seeking your kind help in this matter to get a legal action against the paytm as we wife had to gone through a very tough time travelling in a general (non reserved ) bogie despite having confirmed ticket & health issues.
requesting you to guide me with the proper solutions & take a strict legal action against paytm for all kinds of inconvenience caused to me & my wife from such careless attitude.
