Complaint against Meesho – Seller Catalog Visibility Issue
I am a registered seller on Meesho and facing a serious technical issue affecting my business. Many of my catalogs are active and visible in my supplier panel, but they are not showing in my store for customers. Due to this issue, my orders and revenue are getting impacted.
I raised a complaint on ** February **** and followed up again on ** February **** (Ticket ID: *************). I also escalated the issue on ** February **** and contacted support multiple times, but no proper resolution has been provided so far.
This delay and lack of action from Meesho seller support is causing financial loss and business disruption. If Meesho is unable to resolve this issue, the company should clearly inform sellers instead of keeping accounts stuck without proper support.
I request immediate resolution of this technical issue and proper response from the company so that my catalogs become visible and my business can function normally again.
