Myntra - My bank got debited

I placed an order on Thursday n i made an online payment on friday **** My bank got debited but the payment failed and I called them they told me to wait for ** hours n I waited but still got no response even after writing to them again, they mark it resolved everytime i write about the issue. I’m mentally very disturbed cause I’m a student n I’m not earning. I’ve to answer my parents where did all that money go? I can’t say anything. Everything matters to me cause my parents have earned that. I can’t let that go waste. Now it’s been ** hours. They’re not refunding my money back now. What am I supposed to do? I’m not doing well.
