my Kotak Bank account ********** that has been frozen due to over transactions. I have been a loyal customer of Kotak Bank for several years and I have always maintained my account in good standing.
Unfortunately, due to my mistakes I had a few over transactions that exceeded the limit set by the bank and i am not aware about this. As a result, my account was frozen, and I have been unable to access my funds for several days now. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I urgently need access to my account to manage my finances.
I hereby request that you lift the freeze on my account and allow me to access my funds. I am also willing to provide any additional information or documentation that you may require to resolve this issue.
