Kansas Overseas Careers - My application job search was processed for CANADA instead of GERMANY

Initially,before the payment, Mr.Dhanveer,a n executive promised me that he would take care of my profile till I get job seeker visa(Germany)….After payment, there was hardly few times they called me and did not even explained the next steps…with great struggle,I could maje them prepare my resume but all of sudden one day I got mail stating that my profile was processed for CANADA,I mean job search and said to me that I would be getting responses …I asked them like what to do??..but no reply…I reminded them twice and they realised that they accidentally processed for CANADA…After that I had been following up with them but no one responded ,then finally one fine day they thought of booking slot for GERMAN visa,then I decided to with draw my profile and raised request for refund…but they are playing dirty games..
