I have paid the amount on **th May and we have decided to withdraw the PR procedure on **th May after checking with friends and relatives who are already staying in Canada. The procedure that we discussed was at the case of least scenario and the chances are minimum to get PR. They confirmed to refund only **% even we never used any of their services or we didn't sign any document with them. I have attached the mail communication. Please help us with a refund.
