I have ***** INR in my betway sports account wallet till **/**/**** **:** PM and i have slept. Next day morning when I wanted to login my account it was showing your account is self exclusion. That means my account is been deleted myself but this was not done by me. When i contacted to help and support team they are saying it's your responsible of loosing your money. They said all my money has been played in casino games and made my account balance to * INR. After making my balance to * INR, the self exclusion of account has been done and this also not done by me. I didn't even receive self exclusion of account mail also. I have lost ***** INR without my knowledge and it was totally done by betway sports. I have my login details only with me and i never those with anyone. So please make me out of this and get my money back sir. Thankyou
