AliExpress - my account get deactivated and i lost control on my pending orders

from aliexpress i ordered regularly, but once they deactivate my account without any prior notice. so that now they deactivate my account i lose my control over my around ** pending orders which cost around nearly ** USD. i've made request many times to reactivate my account, but they didn't reactivate and now almost all orders are out of purchase protection sellers also didnt respond to me. so as i am student and i don't want to lose my project budget money, ive to rise my voice here. hope i can get some help so that i get my money/my package back. thank you!
