Famapp Fampay - My Account blocked in fampay by cybrecrime for no reason

My account was blocked since *th july and today is **st august, they said that my account was blocked by cybrecrime for a suspicious transaction but i already sent multiple emails on the email they told me to approch but i didn’t got any reply from them and its been almost * months i’m suffering from this problem, please resolve this problem and give my money back, its my hard earned money, i have all proof regarding this.
